Methodology

• Achiral compounds: Reverse phase HPLC chromatography triggered by UV or MS detection.
• Chiral compounds: Normal phase chiral chromatography with a wide range of analytical and semi preparative chiral columns for the separation of enantiomers of racemic chiral compounds, purification of enriched mixtures, diastereomer separation and purity confirmation of pooled samples.
• Typical recoveries are around 75%.
